Calling all Holly and Jolly powerlifters! We are proud to announce our first ever, Ritual Strength Liftmas For Kids powerlifting mock meet!

Join us on Saturday December 9th, at Noon for a day full of fun and heavy lifting that benefits kids. The only “fee” to sign up is to bring a toy for a local toy drive.
Lifting starts at noon so competitors come early for warmups and check-ins!

While this isn’t a sanctioned meet, we will be running it as close to a sanctioned meet as possible to give all lifters a true, competitive experience. All athletes, DM us or add your name to the google sheets link in our bio and expect more information as we get closer to meet day!
