That’s my boy 🔥

What a season! We came short of winning the Superbowl yesterday, but the experience we gained got us one step closer to our goal. I’m so incredibly proud of my little tigers.

As adults, we can sometimes rob these precious ones of their youth experience of growth and learning for our selfish ambitions for glory. But we have to understand, as youth coaches, it’s not about us but solely about them.

Molding these little ones into amazing independent athletes is what it’s all about! Building them up to have self-confidence, being great teammates and how to be a leader in their community is what it’s all about!

I’m genuinely grateful for the men and women who invested in me so that, in return, I learned how to invest in my little ones. I want them to know that I’m their biggest fan!

Well, the journey continues, and on to the next season!
