New Offering : Myofascial release (both manual therapy and tool assisted) and therapeutic yoga tailored just for you! These sessions are being offered for those that don’t necessarily have injuries, but just want to move through life with less facial restriction or would like to understand yoga alignment through a stability lens to reduce risk of injury. These sessions are not to be billed through insurance as they are wellness focused. Some insurances will not allow you to self-pay, so please reach out if you are unsure. May’s Play With Your Edge is open for sign up! Theme of the month will be Backbend Playshop. We will look at establishing a good foundation for Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose) and then see where we go from there! 🌿 Rooted & Resilient Hatha: Hip Series Begins 🌿
This week we begin a new journey—an exploration of the hips.
The hips hold so much more than muscle and structure. They are a crossroads of stability and mobility, strength and surrender. A place where we often store tension, protect, and brace… and also where we can rediscover fluidity, support, and ease.
Over the coming weeks, we’ll gently and intentionally:
✨ Build strength and stability in the hip complex
✨ Explore range of motion without force
✨ Connect breath to sensation
✨ Unwind patterns of holding—physically and energetically
This is not about “opening” the hips as an end goal.
It’s about listening, supporting, and creating space for your body to move with more freedom and trust.
Come as you are. No forcing. No striving. Just practice.
