Topsy-Turvy transition!!! Enjoy this yoga snack!!

06/25/2026

🍿Here’s your one minute yoga snack! I called this transition topsy-turvy.

🤪This is a fun way to transition from reverse table top, which is a great strengthener for the back of your body to a twisted leg downward facing dog.

💃It’s fun to play with different dimensions and shapes to remind ourselves that we are adaptable and versatile beings!

🙏🏻Let me know if you try this in the comments below. Remember, I have a YouTube channel that you might enjoy! Short practices, full length practices, and lots of tips.

🧘‍♀️Thanks for joining me here! Let’s stay connected

We screen for strength.
For range of motion.
For mobility.
We almost never screen for nervous system state.

☝️Here is your One minute yoga tip today!

💪🏻We’re gonna talk about binding behind our back. Reaching behind our back could be tricky.

🌀A lot of times all we need to do is rotate the arm bone so that the shoulder blade can move a little deeper the spine and that creates.

👏🏻Sometimes it’s just enough to be able to grab your foot.

This can be used in lots of poses like baby dancer, bound, tough Moon, from tabletop

Tried out let me know if it helped
