Bellyfit is in studio on Fridays at 9 am now. Our October workout is "Honor Your Roots", Expect a delicious, grounding, strengthening moves, with plenty of bo**ie shaking to keep things flowing, all of which are enhanced by the Yoni Mudra, designed to calm and stabilize the nervous system. The music tracks are amazing! Workout entails a warm-up, cardio, cool-down with belly dance isolations and yoga floor work and stretch. A full-hour workout. Drop-in fee is only $5. Bring your own yoga mat or use one in studio.
