These girls rocked our June fight camp last week! ♀️💪🏼
These girls had a particulary intense drive to train hard and smart to improve their awareness, reaction time, and technique. We didn't go easy on them! After easing into basic drills gradually, we cranked up the intensity and increased pressure. 💥💥💥
While these clips only show a few seconds of the camp, these girls trained restraint escapes and striking ambitiously for hours all while embracing a learner's spirit and having a blast! 😄

We are SO PROUD of the dedication, discipline, consistency, and passion of these ladies who most recently tested and passed their blue belt exams. They go to show that any age is the best age to start training!
Even when life is chaotic, careers get busy, and training feels difficult, they show up and put their all into every minute of every class! Plus, they've helped build a wonderful, welcoming, and strong community in our adult classes!
