“I can’t get enough of my results. None of this would ever been possible without DC. I was overweight, miserable, and doing nothing about it. I joined DC when I saw a few posts from women I knew from Cheer from probably 10+ years ago. I decided I was doing it and I think I tried to get in for 2-3 boot camps that filled so fast but I wasn’t giving up. I knew I needed it. Finally I got in & from the first class, not really knowing anyone, I reminded my little anxious mind that this was for me. ME. I kept pushing, I was focused and I didn’t see immediate results but I knew it was happening. Over a year later and I have ABS! I’ve lost 23lbs, gained muscle, confidence AND I’m comfortable in my skin. Am I perfect? Heck no. But am I going to keep pushing myself? Absolutely! All of the things I’ve gained don’t compare to the friendships and encouragement I have from these women. "I started Dangerous Curves Fitness in September of 2025, I sometimes look in the mirror and don’t see the progress but looking back at my first class compared to now almost completing my 3rd session, I can definitely see it.
I love everything about DC. My coach, Sally Arnold, even though she has to tell me 100x what to do lol. The ladies, oh my gosh the ladies. We have such a special group in the TU/THURS 5am class. Sometimes we even get together and do other activities like hot Pilates. We attend get togethers at each others houses, go to brunch, chat in like 4 different group chats daily lol. We all have bad days, good days, but we have each others backs through it all. I’m so thankful to be part of something to supportive.

"People have asked me why I still do Dangerous Curves Fitness when I am working out consistently and have a Planet Fitness membership.
And the answer is simple: because Planet Fitness has treadmills… but Dangerous Curves has women who will text you “GET UP, WE’RE GOING” when your motivation is hanging on by a thread. 😂
It’s the friendships. The accountability. The “see you tonight?!” texts. It’s trying new things and convincing 12 women to try Body Alive for the first time and all of us surviving together. It’s signing up for a mud run at the end of May with 3 women I didn’t even know a year ago.
It’s the happy hours where somehow we talk about protein, healthy recipes, life stress, and chaos all in one conversation.
It’s our trainer Sally Arnold yelling “YOU CAN DO ANYTHING 10 MORE SECONDS” while I’m fully questioning every life decision that brought me to Hell Pushers. Looking at Lori and cursing in my head through gritted teeth and a smile. Catching Fallon in one of her classic faces and a quiet agreement of “she thinks our body is doing that?” Laughing across the gym with one of my oldest and dearest friends Jenn. Thanking her every time I can for getting me started in this group. It’s the women beside you reminding you that you can, in fact, do hard things… even if dramatically.
The truth is, I don’t keep showing up because of the workouts alone. I keep showing up because of the women. The hype women. The tribe. The new friends who have become more like family and a part of my life I didn’t know I was missing ❤️ The support system that makes you feel missed when you’re gone and unstoppable when you’re there. And THAT is why it works. That’s why I will continue to be a part of this DC tribe.
