⚡🛴 RIDE SMART. RIDE SAFE. RIDE TO WIN! 🛴⚡

Our FREE E-Scooter Safety Course is back! If you have a young e-scooter rider at home, this is a great opportunity to learn the rules, practice safe riding skills, and build confidence—all while having some fun!

📅 Saturday, October 3rd
⏰ 1:00–3:00 PM
📍 Lovell Middle School Commons
👥 Ages 10–16 | Max 8 students
💲 FREE!

🛴 This is a hands-on course, so every participant MUST bring their own E-Scooter AND helmet.

Students will learn about safe riding practices, local e-scooter regulations, responsible riding, and then put those skills to work on our practice course. Plus, we’ll have snacks and small prizes! 🎉

🏆 AND... COMPLETE THE COURSE FOR A CHANCE TO WIN A FREE E-SCOOTER!

Every student who successfully completes the course is entered into our drawing for a Segway Ninebot Kids eKickScooter (C2 Pro)! The drawing will take place once 25 students have completed the BOCES E-Scooter Safety Course.

🏃‍♀️🌱 THE ANNUAL SUGAR BEET RUN IS IN THE BOOKS! 🌱🏃‍♂️
What an incredible morning! We are so proud of every runner who took on the 10K, Half Marathon, and Full Marathon today. Whether you crossed the finish line in under an hour or spent hours pushing through every mile—you did it! 💪💙
A HUGE thank you to our runners who took a chance on our very first full marathon we added this year, helping us kick off what we hope becomes a great Lovell tradition.
We also couldn’t have done today without our amazing volunteers, water/first aid station helpers, community supporters, and everyone who helped behind the scenes. Thank you for showing up bright and early and helping make race day possible!

🏃‍♀️🌱 **SUGAR BEET RUN VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!** 🌱🏃‍♂️

Our **Sugar Beet Run is coming up Saturday, September 5th**, and we still have a few volunteer spots to fill!

💧 We are especially looking for volunteers to help run our **Water & First Aid Stations** along the course. This is a great way to be part of race day, cheer on our runners, and help us make our first Sugar Beet Run a success!

⏰ **Race begins at 6:00 AM**
Depending on which station you are assigned to, volunteers will need to arrive between approximately **6:30–7:15 AM**.

We’ll provide you with the information you need for your station—we just need some awesome community members willing to help! 💙
