Ohio's Don Gregory, who passed away recently, was on hand for the 13th annual National Short Track Championships 200 at Rockford Speedway in 1978. Gregory and his Camaro #7 finished fifth in the 200 lapper behind race winner Dick Trickle, Mark Martin, Ray Young and Rusty Wallace. A couple of photos show Gregory posing for photographers before the race and racing through the turns at Rockford. Look at the crowd in the one photo!
