The get up and go of Gate Duty and ATC. I had the opportunity to listen on the radio as the day unfolded. I knew the volunteers took care of competitors so they can focus just on driving. But I think everyone should spend a day at least listening to all the communication. As a participant I knew they talked to each other. But had no idea how important it is to keep the gig flowing and safe. With all the calls for sweep and stuffed cars. It was like listening to air traffic control. Thank Volunteers! This time I mean it with much more gratitude.
