We are a new and constantly evolving business Based out of Central Wisconsin specializing in Pioneer Seed Hybrids, Digital Agronomy, 360 Yield Center and other Agronomy Products and Services. Hayden Henry grew up in a small town in Southeast Minnesota and has been in the agriculture / crop production industry since he was young, working for crop farms harvest crew’s and equipment dealers. Hayden attended Tech school in Phoenix Arizona and moved to Central Wisconsin after graduation. He then started a career in the Powersports and Racing Industry and in 2015 decided to get back into agriculture. He then spent 6.5 years working in Swiderski Equipment’s Technology / Precision Farming Division. In September of 2020 Hayden made the decision to leave SEI and start a new business named Next Generation Ag Solutions LLC. Shawn Verhulst grew up in Loyal, WI where he was raised on the family dairy farm. Shawn graduated from the Agriculture Short Course at the University of Wisconsin, focusing on agronomy and nutrition certifications. For 18 years was an agronomist at Northside Elevator in Loyal, helping farmers with scouting fields, specifying seed, fertilizer, chemicals and making effective farming decisions. In the Summer of 2021 Shawn created Verhulst Ag and Seed LLC and left Northside Elevator to become a Pioneer Seed’s sales rep on a joint venture agreement with Hayden and Next Generation Ag Solutions LLC
