Thank y'all for making the goat roping another one for the books. I'd like to give a big thanks to Dillon Rodgers, Stetson Hillger, Hoss Cartwright, Owen Friess, and all the other who helped set this thing up and make it happen. We had a wonderful turn out and all of you had a part in making this a great event. If y'all have any good pictures form Saturday send them to me. If any of you want to help clean that would be great to. We are already starting to work on some bigger and better ideas for next semester. Goat Roping Details
When: Saturday September 24th

Time: Gates open at 11am, rope at noon, band after roping

Cost: 10 dollars at gate for cleanup fee and band
Roping is 5 dollars a man 10 per team per run

Rules: No Fights, NO GLASS BOTTLES, Do not put beer cans on
ground.

Location: OASIS ARENA

Bring everybody you know if you don't rope come out anyways and enjoys the days festivities.

5 dollars a man 10 a team

Books open at noon

Enter up as many times as you want until the end of 1st round.

We will pay 3 places

You do not need a horse this will be done on the ground.

We hope to see you and all of your friends, feel free to bring anybody you would like.

I am happy to announce that The Oasis Arena will be holding our first annual goat roping event this Saturday, April 9th. This is an event anybody can compete in, you do not need a horse. We will have live music and food throughout the day. Gates will open at 11am and books will open at noon. Upon the conclusion of the roping, the festivities will continue with washers/horse shoes, sand volleyball, a bon fire, and more live music. Come out and join us in celebrating this wonderful spring weather. Everybody is encouraged to come, we will have something for everybody.
