Great workout last week ladies! Looking forward to slaying with yall tomorrow! And so happy to welcome our newest member !! Ladies join us tomorrow at 5:30 as we continue to stay on track to meet our fitness goals!

Ladies its a New Year! So start it off right and come start on those fitness goals with us! This is a fun Full body workout with a mixture of fun dance moves that will give you confidence and have you feeling wonderful!!! We are a small group, so if you feel like you can't dance its ok this is a safe judgement-free zone!!!

We ended the week on a good note! These ladies are so committed and im SO proud of them and appreciate them! Yall help to keep me going! The workout was challenging, but needed and it felt soooo good! Great job ladies, we'll do it again on Monday!!!
