What is your teams biggest need for this off-season?
Although I enjoy working with individuals on their baseball skills, I feel my biggest strength is working with teams. Organizing practices, teaching key aspects of the game with a unique point of view, and/or keeping everyone engaged throughout the entirety of their practice.
If you are going into kid pitch this season, I can give your team a jump start into the rules and philosophy on lead-offs, pick-offs, 1st and 3rd situations and more.
If you are needing a fresh set of eyes on your team, let me know what I can do to help!

I am proud of this group!
We had a lot of movement throughout the year, but the core of this team stayed together and achieved some great success!
I am proud of the groups hard work, dedication and willingness to do what is asked of them!
I am proud of the way this team achieved success, while taking the road less traveled.
11 of our players had some time on the mound this year, while 8 of them pitched double digits in innings this season (4 players were added late to our roster this season)!
Strike percentages went up this season with better body control and a better understanding of how to pitch and what to focus on!
Our leading pitcher wasn’t over pitched with a total of 46.1 innings, averaging 39.43 pitches per game pitched and only hit 60 pitches 3 times on the entire season!
Also, the pitchers ability to hold on runners had only allowed 140 stolen base attempts this season, compared to our 268 attempts. Our base runners were successful 226 times on stolen bases, making our runners success 86 more times than opposing teams even tried to steal.
Our bats got hotter as our approaches got better! 9 players on the team finished batting .300 or better!
As we get some needed consistency, I feel the sky is the limit for this group of boys!
Changes brought on the need to learn more then getting the needed reps. This has limited the amount of growth I wish we had, but with this group, I am confident we have nothing to do but move forward!
While making sure our boys got quality reps at multiple positions (all players played in the infield and outfield, everyone pitched and several played catcher) and adjusting to a continuous moving roster, the boys managed to finish with a 27-18-1 record, taking first place in the Gold bracket in Ruidoso and Lubbock!
It was a great season of learning and overcoming challenges! The mental side of the game is something our boys are regularly challenged in. This is one topic that separates the boys from the young men they are growing to be!
Thank you everyone for being a part of this group!
Thank you to the Hernandez family and Climate Control Insulations for sponsoring our boys this season!
The 14u season should bring on some new and fun challenges for our boys!
We will start our 14u season at Rocker B and hopefully the Ruidoso tournament makes this fall.
Offseason will be focused on making some little tweaks to our mechanics and building baseball strength!
This is a great group of hard working and dedicated boys! Not one of the players were approached by our staff to recruit them off a team, nor have any players been removed for not being good enough (this is true since the team was put together in 2017)! All players have reached out to me to put in the work and grow in baseball!
If you run into these boys, or their families, asked them how their experience has been!
