PROUD OF THESE TWO FOR KILLING TONIGHTS WORKOUT! 🏋🏽‍♀️

a couple of WTX Warriors (Ady & Maya) putting in that work behind the plate today! 🦾

catching lessons aren’t always easy.. the gear gets heavy, the legs start burning, and Coach Liz is definitely gonna make you WORK! but when you’ve got a buddy right there beside you going through it too, it makes the grind that much better!

grab your catching buddy and come get some work in! IRON SHARPENS IRON, and there’s nothing better than getting better TOGETHER! 💜

Sterlee with a NICE shot! 🔥 busted a Victoria Valdez (IYKYK) at 2nd.. might’ve missed the stop sign 😂 but you gotta love the effort and aggressiveness!
keep making things happen Ster!!!! 🦾

Jordynn STAYS READY! reacts, recovers, and STILL makes the next play. you don’t need every rep to be perfect, you need to be athletic enough to adjust and composed enough to finish.

next play mentality‼️😮‍💨🔥

catching is SO much more than just what happens behind the plate. a HUGE part of it is communication! 🗣️

i’m not able to make every game or see every single rep my girls get, so i always tell them: talk to me. tell me what you’re feeling back there. tell me what isn’t working. “coach Liz, i need to work on this.” “i’m struggling with that.”

when they can communicate that with me, we can come up with a game plan, get in the lab, and attack it.

In Lawren’s case, we’ve really been stressing her transfers and pop times. she communicated what she was feeling, we identified what needed work, and we got after it.

and the outcome? let’s just say… DON’T RUN ON THE GUN! 🦾😮‍💨🔥

communication → game plan → reps → results

Kylie’s been putting in WORK in the lab these past few weeks 🧪

she’ll be the first to tell you she’s felt like she’s been struggling lately, but this is exactly why we keep showing up and putting the reps in. the results don’t always show up when YOU think they should.

Ky… i’m not sure what struggle you’re talking about because.. THAT BOMB!!! 💣 I SEE YOU KIDDO!!!! 🦾😮‍💨
