Tribute Power Yoga

Tribute Power Yoga is focused on heated (85-95 degree) vinyasa flow. Tribute was created as a tribute to you, your mind, your body and your spirit.

Class schedule and booking can be done through the mindbody app. Your first class with us is free. We provide mats, towels, blocks, straps, and water at no additional charge. Park in the rear of the studio, down the alley in front of the mural wall.

INTRO TO SANSKRIT WITH MATTHEW
This course is designed with the yoga practitioner in mind and is considered to be introductory. It will be from 1:00pm to 5pm on August 29th. The cost is $29. The main goal being the introduction of Classical Sanskrit to the modern yoga practitioner. -Come dressed comfortably and arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the course.
-We will be practicing some yoga together so please bring a mat and, should you want, a cushion or pillow to sit on.
-Please bring note taking gear and pen or pencil
-Water bottle or other hydration source
-Bathroom and shower available onsite
-Please note that workbook and handouts will be provided by the instruction upon your arrival!!

Come, give us a try! I promise you, it really is that good. Your first class with us is always free. We use the MINDBODY fitness app to book classes. Download on your phone, book your class, and come join us. After your first class, we give you a two week trial period for only $20. You can come as often as you like during that two weeks. I’m convinced it will be one of the best decisions you’ve ever made!

Wednesday 2 PM classes are back! Cassandra has been a big part of our studio over the last 4 1/2 years. This will be her first permanent class spot with us, but many of you will know her from subbing classes, teaching workshops, and doing assists in other instructors classes. We are so grateful to have Cassandra taking over this spot for us!!
