Life can get busy especially with the holiday season, keep showing up. We are proud of you. 💪🏻
Most people think core definition comes from doing endless crunches… but that’s not actually how you reveal your abs.
Here’s what really matters 👇
1️⃣ Nutrition creates visibility.
Your abs are a muscle — but unless your body fat percentage is low enough, you won’t see them. That comes down to nutrition and consistency, not more ab exercises.
2️⃣ Protein is the key player.
Hitting your protein goal helps maintain and build lean muscle while supporting fat loss — both essential for a defined core. Aim for roughly 0.8–1g per pound of body weight (or adjust for your goals).
3️⃣ Movement supports, but doesn’t replace, nutrition.
Training builds muscle and strength, but what you eat determines what you see. Training your core like it’s a muscle also matter’s— when you do core exercises make sure you’re treating it like you would any other muscle. Gradually increasing weight, using progressive overload.
If your goal is a stronger, leaner core — stop chasing crunches and start focusing on your plate.

Follow the plan, not your mood. 💥
Your feelings will come and go—some days you’ll feel unstoppable, other days you’ll want to throw in the towel. But your body doesn’t transform based on your mood; it transforms because of consistency.
Every workout you show up for, every meal you stay intentional with, is a deposit toward the results you’ve been praying for.
Trust the process, lean on the plan, and remind yourself that discipline will take you places motivation never could.

Hey everyone!! My name is Coach Gianna and I’m 22. I graduated in 2024 from Grand Canyon University, where I studied Sports and Performance Psychology and minored in Nutrition. In 2023, I earned my Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach licenses, and I’ve been passionate about helping others feel strong, confident, and healthy ever since. I’m currently living in Virginia, but I just got engaged and will be moving to Colorado soon to start an exciting new chapter with my fiancé!
