We are looking forward to seeing everyone for today’s race. If you are not entered you can still join us for this afternoons section. On-site entries will close at 2:15 today.

Now a few housekeeping issues and reminders.

If you pre-entered you are responsible for your fees including your exhibitions. If you are not going to make it you can Venmo or PayPal.

We make every effort to not have any extra fees and allow allow pre-entries to be paid at the race. Our races offer an unprecedented 90% payout in all classes regardless of the entry fee so we cannot afford to cover unpaid entry fees. Don’t be the person that makes us rethink our format and policy.

We must have a W9 on file for you before you can collect your winnings. Our payouts are issued in two ways
1) ACH/Direct Deposit
2) Physical Check
Our preferred method is ACH so you do not have to wait on the mail. All checks must be cashed within 30 days and are mailed to the address on your W9. You can complete these forms at the race or they are also available on the website.

April Ashley McDermid does an amazing job taking photos of your runs and we are excited that you liked it. She is not paid to be here and has travel expenses as well. She makes her living by selling photos and videos at the race. Do not steal your photos! If we see any photos posted on social media that contains her watermark on them you will be fined $50 per photo unless she notifies us you purchased your photos.

Also, please make sure that you clean up after yourself inside the building and in the parking lot. We are not asking you to clean up your horses p**p but please pick up your trash. This is not an official rule but I am not a fan of having to pick up the bottle you were spitting in.

These are unofficial results and as long as the internet is working it is being updated. At the bottom of the sheet there are different tabs for each class. We try to get the official results posted ASAP to the website but this is a great place to see the results as the race is happening.
