It’s getting COLDDD outside! These early morning temps in the 20’s (even colder next week) have got us wearing extra layers. So you might wonder what we do when it’s THIS cold out? Glad you asked. One option is to move the workout inside! During these cold winter months we do a lot of training with our clients in their living room or other open space inside their house. There will be less variation in equipment this way however that does NOT mean you will get any less of a workout. Whether we have full access to the van or we’re only working with dumbbells and bands you are sure to get a solid sweat in!
