Have pain in the front of your shoulder? Check out some cues that can help decrease pain!
Some active hip capsule work for a stiff low back. In a lot of cases, low back can be an issue of load tolerance and the ability to share forces with neighboring segments, joints and tissues. If your hips don’t move well and you try to do something that requires mobility you don’t have- something has to take on that force. In this case, the low back. Cueing him to push into my hand as we rotate through some PAILs through external rotation. This helped to immediately give him relief, giving him the ability to move around better for the meantime. As we progress we can add load, change position, and produce more force.
