Thought we’d hop on the pixel drag trend ‼️

We want to take a moment to extend our heartfelt gratitude towards our social media team for their hard work and dedication to TTU Hockey. Without their support we would neither have the outreach nor the success that we had as a team this season and their efforts have surely set us up for future successes as well. From the players and coaches, we are honored to have been teammates with all of you.

Jake Goodman, the man behind the microphone, joined the team in the Spring of 2025 as our Broadcasting Lead. He has enabled our parents and fans who cannot travel to be able to watch and support our games live while bringing an enthusiasm and energy that elevates our streaming experience. Whether a big hit, a timely goal or a questionable play you can count on his entertaining commentary.

Grace Trebilco joined our team in the Fall of 2024 as a Photographer and our lead Graphic Designer. She is the jack of all trades for our program. Grace gives the team a unique brand and identity on social media while simultaneously capturing special moments with high quality photography and editing skills. She is a huge reason why we were able to hit our goal of 5000 followers this year and going forward she will continue to spearhead our marketing efforts and to take our social game to new heights.

Last but certainly not least is Luis Recendiz. Luis is our most tenured member, and he has been the rock of our social media efforts and our Lead Photographer since the Fall of 2021. For the last 4 years Luis has been one of the most committed members in our entire program. He showed up to everything, whether it be an away weekend in Houston, a service event in Lubbock or our Golf Tournament in Dallas. Whether long days or far travels, he never complained and always was looking for what he could do to further help the team. He exemplifies what it means to be dependable, what it means to be a good teammate and what sacrificing for a greater goal looks like. We are very sad to see him go after this season however we are incredibly proud of him for graduating from the College of Architecture and are excited to see where this next chapter takes him.
