Coach Juan may have started his journey with us later in life, but he has become such a huge blessing to our Different Breed MMA family.

He brings knowledge and experience in so many areas and plays a big part in helping build and strengthen this team. He’s not only a great coach and teammate, but also a true friend and a constant source of support for our fighters.

We are beyond grateful to have him in our corner, and honestly, we couldn’t imagine this gym without him!
Coach Juan, your impact goes far beyond the mats. We’re proud of you, thankful for you, and excited to see what’s still ahead in your journey.

Blue belt earned, but your value to this team goes far beyond any belt. 💙🥋

This one has been a long time coming.
Through the ups and downs, being in and out, you’ve continued to show up and put in the work. Progress doesn’t always happen in a straight line, but what matters is that you keep coming back and putting in the effort.
Proud of you for sticking it out and reaching this milestone! Keep building, keep learning, and keep putting in the work. 💪
Congratulations, Debray! Welcome to the next chapter of your jiu-jitsu journey! 🥋🔥

Special shout out to Stephen Rodriguez on his long over due brown belt promotion!

Our boss, our mentor. We don’t exist without him. He revived our academy by believing in us, but most importantly believing in me, and giving me a chance to lead this team. Been in this game with me 16+ years and remained a great friend but even better human being.
We’re grateful for your leadership and the work doesn’t go unnoticed. Let’s keep going brother, we got so much more to accomplish !!
