As coaches a promotion will always be special to us, but what makes us happy is seeing one of our young athletes that start from our young kids program all the way to the adult rankings.
Seeing their progress, their journey, their ups & downs, and overall who they become in the process.

Julisa Diaz has been a part of our program since approximately late December of 2021 to early January of 2022 all the way till year 2026. She has a long list of accolades in her competition results including being our first and only IBJJF KIDS PAN CHAMPION.
But beyond her results she is overall an amazing student, teammate, and overall just an incredible individual to have in the room. The amount of respect she has towards her peers make her the person she is!
And of course she has other responsibilities outside the mats, but her work ethic is just beyond incredible to see.
It is with honor to promote her and congratulate her and her well earned blue belt promotion!!

Welcome to juvenile Julisa!! We hope you continue your journey and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for you!

💙💙
