3 - 5 YO KIDS PROGRAM

Designed to introduce little ones to Jiu Jitsu through fun, discipline, coordination, and confidence-building activities. This is where the foundation begins.

We separate this age group into Level 1 and Level 2. Because every child learns at a different pace and small group progression allows for faster development, better focus, and real progress on the mats.
