Progressive Knockout tournament Today at 1pm.

When you knock a player out you receive 1/2 of their bounty in cash chips, and 1/2 is added to your bounty. Everyone starts with 2 bounty chips worth $25 in this tournament, I’ll give an example of what some bounties would look like to give you an idea.

Example: Player is knocked out with 2 bounty chips, TD comes over and exchanges 1/2 your bounty for a cash chip ($25) and your bounty increases by $25.

Later in the tournament, stacks and bounties have grown and a player is knocked out with 15 bounty chips. There is an odd number here that can’t be divided in half, so the odd chip will go into your bounty. TD exchanges 7 chips for cash ($175) and 8 chips ($200) will go into your bounty. The extra chip will always become a bounty after halving the original bounty.

There’s a really fun dynamic where you can win massive bounties off of someone who has been playing ‘wild’, and the ‘wild’ player has pocketed some good bounties themselves on the way.

Today at 1pm is our PROGRESSIVE BOUNTY Tournament!

Each play will get two bounty chips worth $25 each, when a player is knocked out, the winning player will immediately get to redeem one for a cash chip, and the other bounty chip gets added to their bounty. So your bounty increases as you knock people out, all the while you get to pocket increasing amounts of cash. It’s a blast to play!

Here is the structure for our FREEZEOUT.

$120 is the entry fee, late registration will be open for the first 3 hours, until about 4:30. I expect there to be 5-6 hours of play.

Cash games w/$100 button draw to follow the tournament.

Here is the structure for our $500 GTD freeroll tonight, should be around 4 hours of play, start time is 7pm with late registration open until 9:15pm. We will be running a cash game afterwards kicking off with a $100 button draw.
