This notice applies ONLY to the teams listed below. All other divisions remain unchanged.

Merged Divisions

U11 / U12 Girls — 9v9
U13 / U14 Girls — 11v11
U13 / U14 Boys — 11v11
U15–U18 Girls — 11v11

Coaches in these divisions must make any needed roster adjustments within the new age-format guidelines only. No exceptions.

Registration is officially CLOSED and the park is at capacity. There will be no additional teams, late add-ons, or manual entries.

📋 Blank roster forms will be released next week along with instructions for completion and submission.

Schedule development has already begun. With nearly 1,000 matches to organize across fixed weekends, multiple field formats, double-headers, travel considerations, team conflicts, and finals placement, this takes time to build correctly.

Please allow us the time needed to complete and review everything properly before schedules are released.

We are ready to begin building the Fall schedules, but teams will not be scheduled until a payment or deposit has been received.

Credit card invoices are also available upon request. A processing fee will be added.

Scheduling unpaid teams has previously created major gaps and wasted field hours when teams dropped out after schedules were completed. Those changes affect entire divisions, travel plans, referees, and other teams.

Please submit your payment or deposit as soon as possible so schedule development can begin.

Once payment is received, a screenshot will be returned as your payment confirmation.

A credit card invoice can also be sent upon request; however, the applicable credit card processing fee will be added to the invoice.

We understand that some teams may still be organizing, but beginning schedules without confirmed payments has created major problems in previous seasons. Teams have dropped out after schedules were built, leaving large gaps, wasted field hours, unnecessary breaks between games, and scheduling changes that affected many other teams.

Building a complete schedule requires carefully coordinating divisions, field availability, referees, travel teams, and back-to-back games. One unpaid team dropping out can impact an entire division.

Please help us avoid another scheduling nightmare by submitting your payment or deposit this week before schedule development begins.
