Every gym says they're different.
Most have the same machines, the same music, and the same excuses.

Back when I was putting up 2200+ totals, I trained back like an absolute savage. Constantly.
Seal rows. Bent-over rows. Pendlay rows. Heavy dumbbell rows. Over and over again.
These days, I barely see anybody train their back with real intent. You’ll see the occasional lat pulldown, usually done like s**t, and then guys wonder why their squat folds, their bench gets unstable, and their deadlift falls apart at lockout.
There’s nobody on this planet squatting 900, benching 600, or pulling 800 with a tiny fragile upper back.
Doesn’t exist.
You want to be brutally strong?
Build a back that looks like a fu***ng suit of armor.
Your chest matters.
Your triceps matter.
All that stuff matters.
But your upper back is the foundation that keeps violent weight under control.
That’s what carried over into all 3 lifts for me.
You may not agree with my thought process. That’s fine.
But strong people have trained this way forever for a reason.
Train your back with intent.
Be a savage.
Get after it.
If not, go play soccer.
