A major federal court ruling has changed the landscape for suppressor purchases.

Under the federal court injunction in Jensen v. ATF, qualifying suppressor purchases may now be completed without the traditional NFA Form 4 process.
For qualifying transactions, that meansno NFA tax stamp, No Fingerprints, and no traditional Form 4 approval wait. Standard federal firearm purchase requirements and applicable laws still apply.

**In order to protect ourselves and our customers, to purchase a 4473 Suppressor we require membership in either Gun Owners of America or Texas State Rifle Association. It is a $25 annual fee, please be prepared to share your membership information with us.**

BIG news for suppressor owners.

The recent Silencer Shop v. ATF ruling could represent one of the most significant changes to federal suppressor regulation in nearly a century—and we’re excited about what may come next.

Some dealers have already announced changes to their transfer procedures, and we respect their decision. At the same time, the prevailing approach among licensed dealers and industry compliance professionals is to maintain current procedures while the ruling is evaluated and the regulatory path forward becomes clear.

This is new territory. Our responsibility is to protect our customers, our FFL, and our ability to continue providing suppressors for years to come. We’re not going to create unnecessary legal or regulatory exposure for our customers or our business by getting ahead of the process.

For now, our suppressor transfer procedures remain unchanged.

The moment there is a clear and defensible path forward, we’re prepared to move quickly—and nobody will be happier than us to see unnecessary barriers to lawful suppressor ownership disappear.

This is a big win, and we believe there’s more to come.
