🛑 Effective October 9, 2026, ATF will no longer require individuals to seek ATF approval under the NFA before making or transferring short-barreled ri**es, short-barreled sh****ns, silencers, and “any other weapon[s]” as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 5845(e). ATF will also no longer require such items to be registered in the National Fi****ms Registration and Transfer Record. These policies apply uniformly to anyone otherwise subject to these requirements, not just to the plaintiffs in the litigation.

A major federal court ruling has changed the landscape for suppressor purchases.

Under the federal court injunction in Jensen v. ATF, qualifying suppressor purchases may now be completed without the traditional NFA Form 4 process.
For qualifying transactions, that meansno NFA tax stamp, No Fingerprints, and no traditional Form 4 approval wait. Standard federal fi***rm purchase requirements and applicable laws still apply.

**In order to protect ourselves and our customers, to purchase a 4473 Suppressor we require membership in either Gun Owners of America or Texas State R***e Association. It is a $25 annual fee, please be prepared to share your membership information with us.**
