As we work towards the start of Fall season we want to go ahead and get a list going of community members who would be willing to coach!

We will have softball volunteers that have already committed to helping our coaches with some of the basics to get this league up and running so don’t feel like you have to come in knowing it all!

The first matchup to be played at Stone’s Tomcat Field is set!

After evaluating the remaining construction timeline, Stone County School District has made the decision to officially open Tomcat Field on Friday, September 25, during their Homecoming matchup against George County, including a field dedication.

While the playing field itself is expected to be ready sooner, the school district says several essential components including ADA-accessible walkways, concession stand, restrooms, and ticket booth will not be ready in time to safely and comfortably welcome the large crowds they anticipate, but will continue to work on putting the finishing touches on the stadium.
