Happy Labor Day from LoCo’s Asylum! 🇺🇸💪

Today we’re honoring all the hard workers by doing what we do best… LABORING on this beautiful gym day.😂🏋️

Nothing says Labor Day quite like voluntarily picking up heavy things and putting them back down.

Featuring Mike being sassy per usual because apparently even on a holiday, the attitude doesn’t take a day off. 🙄😂

Today was a great day to celebrate our 1 year of being LoCo’s Aslyum!!! 💙🩵

Thank you to everyone that came out and celebrated with us, congratulations to everyone that won something and everyone that lifted today!

Just two years ago, LoCo’s Asylum was only a dream Mike had—and because of this community, that dream became his reality. 💙

This gym has been nothing but a blessing to our family. Army life gave us so many special memories, but the gym has given Mike something he didn’t always have before: more time with his family and the chance to truly be part of his community.

What LoCo’s has accomplished in just ONE year is beyond anything I imagined. We’ve donated to Long County High School wrestling and softball, supported local cheer teams and our recreation department, hosted a school-supply giveaway, welcomed families for pictures with Santa, participated in the Christmas parade, and so much more.

And now, we have more than 200 members who have become part of the LoCo’s family—with a goal of reaching 250 before the end of the year! 💪

Mike, I hope you know how proud we are of you. You took a dream, worked your butt off, and created something that has brought our family and community closer together. Thank you to every member, friend, business, and community supporter who has believed in LoCo’s Asylum. This first year has been better than we could have dreamed, and we can’t wait to see what year two brings!

WOOHOO! THERES OUR TIDE PRIDE! 💙🩵

Cannot wait to get home and update our score board. GREAT job kiddos.

🏈🏈🏈 Blue Tide shut out the Buccaneers in the second half to win 30-13 and open the season 1-0. An incredible experience for our boys and fans! The team has a week off to recover before taking on Screven County in Sylvania September 4.
