Summer Gains Power-lifting Meet

Here are the rules and regulations for the meet:

Rules and regulations:
-$15 dollar registry fee for athletes signed up by the 12th
-$20 dollar registration fee for athletes after the 12th
-$5 dollar drop-in fee for spectators, coaches, and friends
-Discounted team rates are available

Deadlift-
-Any deadlift is acceptable (sumo, conventional)
-No straps
-Hitching is acceptable
-Athlete will receive a down command from the judge when fully locked out
-No dropping weights from the top
-chalk can be used, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, and belt, wrist wraps are allowed

Bench-
-On bench there will be a 1 second pause at the bottom of the rep and the athlete will receive a press command
-Athlete will receive a rack command
-no bench shirts, or suit of any kind allowed
-no su***de grip
-chalk can be used, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, and belt, wrist wraps are allowed

Spectators
-not allowed to use the equipment
-Judges word is final!
