Today, we remember the incredible impact of Senior Master J.D. Olford on the world of Taekwondo and his dedication to the youth of Lufkin, Texas. As the founder of the first ATA club in Texas, he dedicated his life to teaching valuable life skills like discipline, respect, and perseverance to countless students. 🙏

His journey started with a white belt in 1978 and culminated in an honorary 7th Degree Black Belt in 2015. Throughout his storied career, he held numerous positions within the ATA, shaping the development of Texas Region 112 and contributing immensely to the organization. 💪

Let's take a moment to appreciate the wisdom he shared: "Children are always the only future the human race has; teach them well." 💡🌱
