We will be closed tomorrow for Thanksgiving, but we will be open normal hours on Friday (7a-6p) and Saturday (7a-3p).

We want to say how thankful we are for all of our customers, friends, and family. We also want to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving!

We will be closed Saturday 10/25 to be with family this weekend to celebrate the life of my brother, Kelly Thornton, who unexpectedly passed from this world last weekend.

Kelly had spent his career with Brookshire Brothers and the majority of it as Director of Logistics. After retiring at 55 in 2024, he had been helping me with hauling loads of hay, alfalfa and feed. I would see him every week either here hauling, or at his shop, where we played basketball nearly every single week.

My brother was the best man I've ever known and there will never be a day that goes by that I won't think about him, or miss him with every ounce of my being. When our dad passed 25 years ago, he not only continued being an older brother but also as a father figure and teacher...guiding and imparting wisdom about all aspects of life. I am so grateful for everything he taught me and did for me and my family during his time on this earth.

Until we meet again...I love, and miss you so much brother.

This is what I consider a perfect load of alfalfa! 100 lbs, fine stem, leafy, and soft! This load will not last long! Already have a delivery heading out!

Correction...we have another delivery going out of 80 bales now....told you this isn't gonna last long. Customer saw how good the load is and now wants to load up!
