🚨URGENT PRAYER REQUEST🚨

We have an important update on Caden, the son of our dear Fit & Firm family member, David.

Caden was involved in a diving accident while in Miami with his wife, Betty, that caused significant fractures and damage to his neck. The doctors have been amazed that he was not immediately paralyzed….and we know exactly Who deserves the glory for that. God’s divine protection has been evident every step of the way. 🙏🏻

Caden is scheduled for surgery today at 11:00 AM Central Time.
So today, we are asking our Fit Fam to PRAY. 🙏🏻

Pray for:
❤️ Caden — for protection, strength, complete healing, and for his body to respond beautifully to surgery.

🙏🏻 The surgeon and entire medical team — for wisdom, precision, and the steadiest of hands.

❤️ Betty, his precious wife, and their children — for peace, comfort, strength, and God’s presence to surround them.

🙏🏻 David & Angie, his parents — that God would continue to carry them, strengthen them, and give them supernatural peace as they walk through this.

❤️ The entire family — that they would continue to see God’s hand at work and feel the prayers and love surrounding them.

Lord, we know You have already been with Caden. You protected him when the doctors couldn’t explain how he escaped paralysis, and we give You ALL the glory. Today, we place Caden and this surgery completely in Your hands. Guide the surgeon’s hands, give the entire medical team wisdom and precision, protect Caden, and bring complete healing to his body. Cover Betty, his children, David, Angie, and their entire family with Your peace and presence. We trust You, we believe You, and we ask for Your perfect will to be done. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏🏻

At Fit & Firm Gym, we believe transformation is about so much more than a number on the scale…and Gladys is a beautiful example of that.

At the start of 2026, Gladys made a decision to fully commit to becoming the healthiest version of herself. She joined &D Transformation Challenge, partnered with Level-Up w/ Lauren as her coach, and embraced the encouragement, accountability, and knowledge shared by the entire A&D crew along the way.

Through consistency, determination, and showing up….even on the hard days….Gladys has built something far greater than weight loss. She's created healthy habits that will serve her for years to come.

Her journey wasn't just physical…it was deeply spiritual as well. During Lent, she completed the Hallow app's Pray40 Challenge, where one simple prayer became her daily reminder:

"Lord, empty me, fill me, use me."

Those words helped her release pride, trust God more deeply, and focus on serving others.

Today, Gladys is stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually….and we couldn't be more proud of her commitment and growth.

Thank you, Gladys, for inspiring our Fit Fam with your faith, perseverance, and willingness to keep showing up. Thank you to A&D Transformation Challenge, Lauren DuBose for being part of her incredible journey.

Your courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to protecting our nation and our communities do not go unnoticed. Because of your service, we are blessed with freedoms that many around the world can only dream of.

Holiday Hours Reminder:
📍 Our office will be closing early today @ 3:00. Closed tomorrow, July 3, in observance of Independence Day weekend.

💪 Our 24-hour gym will remain OPEN for all members, so you can work out whenever it fits your holiday schedule.

🚨 Effective Immediately 🚨

Due to a decline in gym etiquette, any weights left excessively loaded on equipment or left on the floor may result in a $50 FINE. Yes, we will review security camera footage when necessary.

We understand that on certain machines it's common courtesy to leave a single 45-pound plate.
However, that is not what we've been seeing lately.

Re-racking your weights is Gym Etiquette 101.
Leaving your weights for someone else to clean up is disrespectful to both our staff and your fellow Fit Fam members.

We work hard to keep our gym clean, organized, and welcoming for everyone, and we ask that each member do their part.

IF YOU LOAD IT, UNLOAD IT!
