Lufkin has a scrimmage today at 4. Anyone who wants to work is welcome. It will probably last an hour and a half.

Their spring game is next Monday.

Lufkin has a spring game on Tuesday, May 18. JV starts at 5, Varsity at 6. Let's get some work in before next season.

Our first meeting will be Monday July 23. Don't have a location yet, but will let you know when we get one set up.

Referee attacks on the rise as victims call on Lansing for tougher laws Violent attacks against local referees are putting lives at risk. Now, a victim is sharing her powerful story and urging state leaders to pass a better law.

Remember, our first meeting is this upcoming Monday, July 24th at the Student Recreation Center on SFA's campus. If you want to start officiating for the first time, the new members meeting starts at 6pm. The regular members meeting (which includes new officials) starts at 7pm.

Officials needed for high school football in Pineywoods

Check out KTRE 9 News this evening at 10pm. Our chapter is being highlighted. This includes an appearance from our very of Big 12 referee (who worked the NCAA National Championship this last year), Cooper Castleberry.

If you are interested in becoming an official, sign up for our Regional Education Clinic on August 5th. You can sign up by going to sfachapterfootball.com. The entry fee gives you access to the clinic (which fulfills your educational requirement) and a lunch. Current members, make sure you are there as well!
