This morning in class, we took some time to honor all those we lost on 9/11. We shared our stories of where we were at that exact moment and what we remember.

Of course, I was at Fitness Zone. I remember seeing the second plane hit the tower on the TV as I was leaving class. Later, we took our American flags and went to watch the firefighters and first responders walk from Lugoff to Camden.

What a heartbreaking memory, but also one that reminds us of how we can come together and stand united as Americans. 🇺🇸

If you’re an instructor today, I hope you’ll take a moment to honor the memories of those who lost their lives on this day and remind your classes why we will never forget.

🇺🇸 Labor Day Reminder!

Please note that there will be no classes or daycare on Monday, September 7th, in observance of Labor Day.

Heather will be hosting an unofficial class at 8:30 AM for anyone who would like to work out with her! The session will include a quick weight workout followed by some yoga stretching. She would love to have you join her! 💪🧘‍♀️❤️

Today was great day at the Fitness Zone ❤️

I taught a spin class and brought my dog with me so he didn’t have to be home alone. He got TONS of love from every person in class, and I even got to hold a baby so his mom could get a great workout without worrying about her little one fussing. 🥰

What other big-chain gym would ever allow this? I honestly can’t think of one! But a hometown gym will. That’s exactly why I love Fitness Zone. ❤️

It’s more than just a gym—it’s a community where we look out for each other, our kids, our pups, and each other. That’s what makes Fitness Zone so special! 🐶👶❤️
