❤️ Camp FunZone staff want to say thank you for a wonderful summer! From field trips to many MANY games of 4-square, arts and crafts and the hugs, we will cherish all of it.

🎉 45 kids every day for 8 weeks made the summer even more enjoyable! We love you all and will miss you!

🌴 Week 8, Day 4: Dress like a tourist! Campers made homemade compasses that pointed in the direction they wanted to go- the beach, California, Austin… so much fun! We played balloon pop race, drew our favorite memory from camp and played bingo! Then we had a raffle! Thank you Janeese for your donation of raffle items ❤️

🍿 🎥 Week 8, Day 3: Field Trip Day! Thanks to Mrs. Spears and Connections, Lembo and Kelly Allen, and the Horne Family, we were able to take 45 kids, 12 staff and parents to EVO in San Marcos! Everyone got to see the new Minions movie, enjoy a movie snack pack, as well as a pizza lunch and play in the arcade!

🎨 Week 8, Day 2: Color Wars! Team flags, sticky note tag, mosaics, Nex game time, egg races and popsicles!

😴 Week 8, Day 1: Pajama Day! Campers created their own sleep masks and pajamas, had “pillow” sack races, guessed the movies and enjoyed relaxing in their pajamas!

😢 It’s week 8 which means it’s the last week of Camp FunZone. We have had so much fun this summer… let’s finish it out strong with a Themed week! TODAY is pajama day! See you soon!

Week 7, Day 4 of Holiday week: New Years Eve! The staff decorated, we played games and had a dance, and finished the day off with a ball drop and hot dog party with popsicles!

Week 7, Day 3 of holiday week: Christmas! The campers made a Christmas tree out of handmade ornaments and Christmas wishes and sang Christmas karaoke. We also made a trip to the JB Nickells Memorial Library for ice cream floats and a movie!

Thank you to the Cain family for breakfast and to an anonymous donation of pizza for lunch!

Week 7, Day 2 of holiday week: Halloween! Our campers made masks, played Halloween games and got to dress up for the day. Thank you to the McQueen and Davila families for the popsicles!
