Great class last night. Started off with 100 crunches. 100 reverse crunches. 100 back extensions. 100 super crunches. And a whoooooole bunch of jumping jacks. We covered a few pins and then several ways to twist and crank the neck and body until they TAP OUT. Come join the fun!

The ADULT CLASS will not be meeting on Memorial Day. The YOUTH/KIDS class WILL still meet as normally scheduled.

Where do I begin! Great class tonight for the adults. We had a great attendance. Great workout. Great kickboxing sparring session. Everybody loved the submission holds that we went over. Great job everyone! Lets do it again next week! Remember, NO ADULT CLASS on Monday in honor of Memorial Day. Dojo Knights!!!!

Congratulations to Grandmaster Rick Campbell for being inducted into the Carolina Beast Karate Tournament Hall Of Fame. Long overdue and well deserved. As always the kids and youths from the Dojo Knights Martial Arts family showed out and represented and did great!!!
