Good evening!
Many of you have already heard the news that Flex Gym has new ownership. We are very excited to introduce ourselves as the new owners! We’ve been members of the gym for the past several years and have fallen in love with it. We are very excited to show what the future has in store and the different improvements that we will make! We’d love to get to know more of our members so we’ll be hosting a drop in meet and greet. This will take place on Friday Sept 11th from 4-6 pm in the gym studio. There will be some light snacks and refreshments! We hope to meet everyone and get to know each other better!

We are finally able to fully open up from the aftermath of Tropical Storm Edouard. We are so thankful for your patience and understanding the past couple of days! We hope everyone is doing well and staying safe. Please use the scanner at the main door. The studio scanner is temporarily disabled. We can’t wait to see all of our weightlifters and class goers!💛

Update!
As of right now WiFi is still down and entrances are not accessible without a staff member present. We are currently open ONLY during class times 9-11 am and 6-7pm.
We look forward to seeing our members during our class times

10 am Fully Body fit

5:30 AM Update 9/3
Power has been stored, however the WiFi is down. Without WiFi the door scanners are unable to function, preventing access to the gym. We will be contacting spectrum this morning to try and get the problem resolved ASAP. We are hoping to have everything up and running by later today! Thank you so much for your patience!
