Join FS8 Timonium for a FREE pop-up workout at York Manor Swim Club! 💪✨

FS8 is a high-energy, low impact workout that combines Pilates, strength training, and yoga all in one efficient 50-minute class. In our studio, we utilize props such as dumbbells, resistance bands, Pilates rings, a Chi ball, and a Reformer to challenge members while building core strength, toning muscles, and improving overall mobility and flexibility-- without the impact.

In our special FREE pop-up at YMSC, we will give you an off-site taste of what FS8 Timonium is all about.

We need more participants if these events will go forward so register today and tell your friends to register too! :) Last year was so popular that we added a Kids Paint event so our YMSC children can also enjoy the experience!

This week, a majority of our staff has begun their trek back to college, has headed back to the classroom for preparation and planning or are preparing for fall sports. As a result, we will be temporarily adjusting our hours and closing at 8pm from Monday August 24th through Thursday August 27th.
