All or nothing mindsetππΌββοΈ Do you find yourself thinking:
βThe scale isnβt moving after 1-3 weeks, so that means itβs not working.β
βIβm always going to be like this.β - For me it was the constant yoyo diets than never worked cause I would end up binge eating after.
βI had a candy bar for lunch, might as well not eat healthy the rest of the day.β I was SO guilty of this especially on the weekends.
So how do we push past this all or nothing way of thinking?
Here are a few tips.
πWriting down & challenge your way of thinking/what might be causing you to think all or nothing.
π Know that bad days are going to be part of your wellness journey. Itβs okay to have a bad moment or even a bad day, just donβt let that one moment or day trickle down your whole week.
π€ Own your actions & focus on progress over perfection. If you eat the candy bar for lunch, own it & make better choices for the next meal or snack.

I did NOT want to take my end of the challenge photos.π«
But I told myself I was getting back on track & these photos are the first step to holding myself accountable!πͺπΌ
Executing the game plan especially around the holidays is challenging but not impossible!
We all know what we need to do & sometimes itβs uncomfortable but that end result is worth it!
I am finishing 2023 stronger than my excuses! Time to buckle down on my nutrition (hitting cals & protein daily), moving my body daily, drinking all the water & doing my assessments/photos! πͺπΌ

My absolute favorite pre-workout snack - π pumpkin protein waffles!π§
They are super easy to make & Noah LOVES helping me with them now.
Ingredients
π§ 1 cup Kodiak waffle mix
π₯ 1 egg
π₯ 1 cup milk, I do almond milk
π 1 scoop of Level-1 pumpkin spice protein powder
π Pumpkin spice
π Cinnamon spice
Add to a mixing bowl & blend by hand or I have a mixer I use until there are no more lumps.
I have a mini waffle maker (obsessed with it) that usually makes 12 waffles. I will freeze them after they cooldown.
When Iβm ready to eat Iβll pop them into the microwave for about 20 secs then the toaster. Top them 1 tbs of peanut butter & in about 30 mins Iβll be ready for my workout. π

8-week consistency challenge has officially kicked off! For the next 8-weeks my daily goals are:
πΆπΌββοΈ10k steps
β° Wake up at 4:30 am
π Hitting calories & protein
πͺπΌ 3 pull ups - I was able to do 1 last challenge so Iβm going to keep building on that goal!
π Lose 2 inches from my waist/hip area (currently at 32.8 inches)
Letβs take these next 84 days to better ourselves, handle the holidays better & go into 2024 looking amazing!π«Άπ»π
