All or nothing mindsetπŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ Do you find yourself thinking:

β€œThe scale isn’t moving after 1-3 weeks, so that means it’s not working.”
β€œI’m always going to be like this.” - For me it was the constant yoyo diets than never worked cause I would end up binge eating after.
β€œI had a candy bar for lunch, might as well not eat healthy the rest of the day.” I was SO guilty of this especially on the weekends.

So how do we push past this all or nothing way of thinking?

Here are a few tips.
πŸ“Writing down & challenge your way of thinking/what might be causing you to think all or nothing.
πŸ’• Know that bad days are going to be part of your wellness journey. It’s okay to have a bad moment or even a bad day, just don’t let that one moment or day trickle down your whole week.
🀝 Own your actions & focus on progress over perfection. If you eat the candy bar for lunch, own it & make better choices for the next meal or snack.

I did NOT want to take my end of the challenge photos.🫠

But I told myself I was getting back on track & these photos are the first step to holding myself accountable!πŸ’ͺ🏼

Executing the game plan especially around the holidays is challenging but not impossible!

We all know what we need to do & sometimes it’s uncomfortable but that end result is worth it!

I am finishing 2023 stronger than my excuses! Time to buckle down on my nutrition (hitting cals & protein daily), moving my body daily, drinking all the water & doing my assessments/photos! πŸ’ͺ🏼

How did you set yourself up today?

My absolute favorite pre-workout snack - πŸŽƒ pumpkin protein waffles!πŸ§‡

They are super easy to make & Noah LOVES helping me with them now.

Ingredients
πŸ§‡ 1 cup Kodiak waffle mix
πŸ₯š 1 egg
πŸ₯› 1 cup milk, I do almond milk
πŸŽƒ 1 scoop of Level-1 pumpkin spice protein powder
πŸŽƒ Pumpkin spice
😍 Cinnamon spice

Add to a mixing bowl & blend by hand or I have a mixer I use until there are no more lumps.

I have a mini waffle maker (obsessed with it) that usually makes 12 waffles. I will freeze them after they cooldown.

When I’m ready to eat I’ll pop them into the microwave for about 20 secs then the toaster. Top them 1 tbs of peanut butter & in about 30 mins I’ll be ready for my workout. 😊

8-week consistency challenge has officially kicked off! For the next 8-weeks my daily goals are:

πŸšΆπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ10k steps
⏰ Wake up at 4:30 am
πŸ“ Hitting calories & protein
πŸ’ͺ🏼 3 pull ups - I was able to do 1 last challenge so I’m going to keep building on that goal!
πŸ“‰ Lose 2 inches from my waist/hip area (currently at 32.8 inches)

Let’s take these next 84 days to better ourselves, handle the holidays better & go into 2024 looking amazing!πŸ«ΆπŸ»πŸŽ‰
