Everyone has some risk of developing breast cancer, but there are many factors that can increase or decrease each individual person’s breast cancer risk. In the United States, 1 in 8 women and 1 in 833 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer during their lifetime.

There are many factors that affect your breast cancer risk. Some you can’t change, such as being a woman, growing older, and inheriting a gene mutation. But you can change some other risk factors — such as being overweight, not exercising regularly, smoking ci******es, drinking alcohol, or eating unhealthy food.

When you use it against you, time goes by and you’re still the same when you. When you use time for your benefit, time flies and your results come fast because you are aligned with the time, not against it.

Most of us know the many physical benefits of exercise: weight control, lower blood pressure, reduced risk of diabetes, and increased energy, just to name a few. But what about the psychological benefits 🧠of exercise? From easing symptoms of depression and anxiety to keeping your memory sharp, there’s no shortage of mental benefits of exercise. Things you can do today to increase your movement include walking (furry friends welcome 🐾), parking in spots further from the door, and choosing the stairs over the elevator.
