Today we celebrate the man behind the program, Coach DJ!

Thank you for always showing up, always giving more, and always going the extra mile — even when nobody is watching. The countless hours, early mornings, late nights, weekends, and time away from your own family and personal life are sacrifices that don’t go unnoticed.

You could simply coach basketball, but you’ve chosen to do so much more. You’re building a program, but more importantly, you’re building young men. You challenge them, believe in them, hold them accountable, and push them to become better athletes, better teammates, and better people.

The impact you’re making goes far beyond the scoreboard.

We are grateful for your vision, your leadership, your passion, and the heart you pour into The Zoo every single day.

Our program is sending up BIG prayers for the McDaniel family.

Last night, the McDaniel family experienced a devastating house fire and tragically lost everything.

If you’re able, we ask that you please consider donating to help this family as they begin to navigate this unimaginable loss. No amount is too small, and every donation, prayer, share, and act of kindness can make a difference.

We always say it takes a village, and this is one of those moments when we show what community truly means. They may not be a part of Glass, but they are right here in our backyard — and that makes them one of our own.

Let’s wrap the McDaniel family in our love, prayers, and support and remind them that they do not have to walk through this alone.
