We're going to tell you a secret. Not everything that makes you a better athlete looks cool on Instagram.

Sometimes it's:
The same movement you've practiced 100 times.
Basic strength work.
Landing mechanics.
Isometrics.
Single-leg work.
Rest.

And yes... probably another set.

A HUGE congratulations to Griffin Bryant on his commitment to continue his academic and baseball career at Ferrum College!

The commitment graphic is cool.

But we know what came before it.

The early mornings.
The extra reps.
The lifts nobody watched.
The good days.
The frustrating ones.
And the decision to keep showing up anyway.

Griffin, we’re proud to have been a small part of the work behind this moment—and even more excited to see what you do with the opportunity ahead.

You earned the opportunity. Now the work continues.

Congratulations, Griffin.

Your sport is the test. Training is where we prepare for it.

The weight room gives us an opportunity to build strength, speed, power, coordination, and capacity in an environment we can control. Then? We let you loose.
Because the goal isn't to create athletes who are really good at working out.

The goal is to create athletes who are better at their sport.

Game day doesn’t magically create a different athlete.

You don’t suddenly become stronger.
Faster.
More explosive.
More conditioned.

You bring the athlete you’ve spent weeks, months, and years building. That’s why we train. Not just to survive another workout—but to make sure when your moment comes, your body is prepared for it.

From Axis to the ACC. This is what the work is for.

We’re incredibly proud to congratulate Bella on her commitment to continue her academic and athletic career at the University of Pittsburgh! Pitt competes at the NCAA Division I level in the ACC, and Bella has earned the opportunity to take her game to that next stage.

The hours nobody sees.
The reps when nobody’s watching.
The long days.
The sacrifices.
The coaching.
The setbacks.
The showing up again anyway.

They all add up to moments like this.

Bella, it’s been a privilege to be one small part of your journey. Watching you put in the work, continue developing as an athlete, and chase something this big is exactly why we do what we do.

And the best part?

The work isn’t finished. It’s just moving to Pittsburgh.

Congratulations, Bella. You earned this opportunity, and the entire Garage Crew is cheering you on as you take the next step.

Strong. Confident. Prepared.

Now go show the ACC what you can do.

The goal of rehab isn't to become really good at rehab exercises.

Eventually, things need to look more like your sport.
Faster.
Heavier.
More explosive.
Less predictable.

Because nobody blows a whistle during a game and says: “Hang on. Let them get perfectly positioned first.”

We like data.

Not because charts make us look fancy but because measuring performance helps us answer important questions:

Where are you now?
Where are your biggest opportunities?
Is the training working?
Are you actually ready to progress?

Testing gives us information. Training gives us change. And together, they help us make better decisions for our athletes.

Some things are bigger than training.

We are incredibly proud to be a part of Hero Games 2026—an event built around grit, teamwork, sacrifice, and, most importantly, remembering the heroes behind the names.
Hero Games is a 6–8 hour, team-based challenge inspired by Special Operations training. Competitors move through physically and mentally demanding events across varied terrain, carrying a 45 lb. ruck and relying on their team to get through it. There are no podiums. No divisions. The standard is simple: start together, finish together.

But the workout isn't the reason we're showing up. Each year, Hero Games Charity brings a Special Operations Gold Star Family to Bedford for an all-expenses-paid week dedicated to preserving the legacy of their fallen Operator. This year, the Games honor SGT Joel Clarkson, a Ranger who died in 2010 following wounds sustained on his fifth deployment. Today, we'll have the privilege of being part of a community coming together to push hard, serve a bigger purpose, and honor a life and legacy that deserves to be remembered.

At Axis, we talk a lot about building people who are strong, confident, and prepared.
This weekend, those words mean a little more. We're proud to stand alongside Hero Games Charity, the competitors, volunteers, veterans, first responders, community members, and—most importantly—the Clarkson family.

We show up. We do hard things. We remember why.

Today, we remember...

We remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001. We honor the first responders who ran toward danger, the service members who answered the call, the families who carried unimaginable loss, and the countless acts of courage and compassion that followed.

September 11th is a reminder that strength isn’t always measured by how fast we move, how much we lift, or how well we perform. Sometimes, strength looks like courage. Sacrifice. Service. And standing together when it matters most.

Today, we pause to honor those we lost, those who served, and those whose lives were forever changed.

We will never forget.
