🎉 Join us in wishing a very Happy Birthday to LBA Faculty Member, Adelaide Shaffer! 🩰💜
A Lynchburg native, Adelaide began dancing at age nine and has trained extensively in jazz, tap, hip-hop, musical theatre, modern, ballet, and pointe. She has performed in numerous local musical theatre productions with Masterworx and will make her professional performance debut with Alluvion Stage Company in "My Fair Lady." This fall, Adelaide will attend Liberty University to pursue a degree in Dance with a minor in Graphic Design.
Passionate about education and artistic expression, Adelaide is thrilled to join the Lynchburg Ballet Academy faculty and inspire the next generation of dancers! ✨

Our team spent some time in our LBA studios this week laying Marley flooring! 🩰✨
So, what exactly is Marley?
Marley is a specialized, smooth dance flooring designed to give dancers the right balance of traction, support, and controlled movement.
We can’t wait to see our LBA students putting the new floors to use! 💜
