Big shout out to the Campbell SWAT Team for coming out to Caliber MMA and putting in some work with us on defensive tactics.

Great team and great leadership investing in their people, sharpening their skills, and building the confidence needed to better protect and serve our communities. Always a pleasure working with professionals who take their training seriously.

MEMBER HIGHLIGHT: DONOVAN

Donovan came to us about 6 months ago after watching his wife complete our jump start 6-Week Challenge program. He saw the changes she was making and decided it was time for him to make a change too.

And he has absolutely put in the work.

Donovan is one of the most consistent people you’ll find. He makes training a priority no matter what his workday looks like. Morning session, lunch session, evening session....he finds a way to get here and get the work done.

In just 6 months, he’s down 35 lbs and has dropped 10% body fat. He’s stronger, healthier, and continuing to improve every week.

Donovan has earned every bit of his progress through consistency and effort.

Keep going, Donovan. We’re proud of you and excited to see what’s next.

MEMBER HIGHLIGHT:

When Kristiana first started, the empty barbell was a challenge. She came in with a goal: get stronger, improve her fitness, and be ready to crush her Army fitness test.

Fast forward to now… she’s absolutely JACKED. 💪 She’s knocking out strict pull-ups, repping push-ups like they’re nothing (ripped out 50 during her recent army test), and has built the strength and confidence she came here for.

The progress speaks for itself. Hard work, consistency, and showing up. Good luck with this next chapter Kristiana

MEMBER HIGHLIGHT: TREVOR

Trevor came to Heroes a little over a year ago, and since then, he’s become the athlete we knew was in there.

His body fat is down, his muscle is way up, and he’s continued to hone in on his skills and athleticism.

Trevor has always been a fast runner, but now he’s developed some serious gymnastics skills along the way. Muscle-ups, pull-ups, and all things bar-related have become a big part of his training.

And if you’ve ever worked on those skills, you know they don’t come easy. They take strength, coordination, patience, and a whole lot of practice.

Trevor has put in the work and continues to get better every week.

MEMBER HIGHLIGHT: LINDA

Linda is an incredible part of our Heroes gym family, and her dedication to training is seriously inspiring.

She’s an all-around powerhouse, rides motorcycles, and brings that same strength and confidence into the gym. Training 3 days a week with our Personal Trainer, Joshua, Linda has gained 10 lbs of muscle and dropped 10% body fat!!! And doing all of this at the young age of 70 years old!

But her impact on this community goes way beyond her own results.

Linda is constantly encouraging the people around her, cheering others on, and making everyone feel welcome. And if you know Linda, you also know she somehow manages to keep everyone fueled with the best snacks.

She works hard, supports everyone around her, and brings a great energy every time she walks through the door.

Linda, you’re a special part of our community. We’re proud of the work you’ve put in and grateful for everything you bring to The Heroes Home.

MEMBER HIGHLIGHT: MIKE

Mike has been part of The Heroes Home for years, and if you’re around for the early morning sessions, chances are you know him well.

He’s one of those members who simply stays consistent. He shows up, gets the work in, and brings plenty of humor and fun along the way.

Over the past 3+ years, Mike has gotten stronger and continued to improve. He has put on over 10 lbs of muscle since he started!

The people who consistently show up are what make this place what it is, and Mike is a big part of that.

MEMBER HIGHLIGHT: PAMELA

Pamela earned this recognition, even though she is the owner.

Four young kids. Multiple businesses. A farm. A gym. A schedule that never seems to slow down. During her last pregnancy, Pamela reached 200 lbs. But she fought her way back to being fit & strong, even elevating others along the way!

For the MOMS who want to fight to get their bodies back, she’s living proof that it can be done. She’s walked the road, put in the work, and has the blueprint.

Pamela is proof that you don’t need perfect circumstances. You need commitment. Keep showing up, fight through the struggle and do the work even when life gives you every excuse not to.

Keep throwing those punches, Pamela! 👊

Member Highlight: Shaun

Big shoutout to Shaun for setting the standard day in and day out.
Shaun has dropped a ton of body fat, built serious muscle, and got himself below 20% body fat. But what’s even more impressive than the physical transformation is the consistency behind it.
Five days a week. No excuses. No missed days. He just shows up and WORKS.
Sean is an absolute workhorse, and that mentality carries over into everything he does. He leads by example, sets the standard in his workplace, and proves what can happen when you stay disciplined and stack good days on top of good days.
The results speak for themselves.
Keep setting the standard, Shaun. You’ve earned this one. 👊

MEMBER HIGHLIGHT: MIKE

Mike started with us in March, and he has already made great progress.

He’s added 8 lbs of muscle and dropped 5% body fat, all by doing one of the most important things in fitness: staying consistent.

And if you know Mike, you know he’s determined. He gets up early, gets himself to the gym, and gets his training in before work. That’s not always easy, but he continues to make it happen.

Mike has also strengthened his back. When we first started training, he mentioned he has had years of back pain. After we got stronger and trained appropriately......the pain is gone!

Mike, we’re proud of the progress you’ve made so far and excited to see where you take it from here.
