My new small group fitness class starts September 17th! This will be a circuit training class and we will be using all of our modern and functional fitness tools. Each class will feature kettlebells, bosu, TRX, agility ladders and much much more! This is gunna be so fun and I can’t wait to get started. All I need is some willing and eager participants to join me! Sign up at the Lynnwood recreation center or call 425-670-5732 to get signed up!
