A long time between posts! Does everyone know we're going to be in the Edmonds 4th of July parade? And we're having a picnic that weekend. Join in the fun.

Food Drive November 1 – December 18. We will be collecting non-perishable food items for donation to the food bank. Please donate generously as these are difficult economic times for many people.

I am uploading the pictures to the website now, and will let you know when they are up there.

We also took our share of gold silver and bronze in the poomse competition. Everyone had a great time and came home inspired to keep working hard on all their skills.

Master Han’s students were very successful in the Washington Open Tae Kwon Do Championships held on October 17 in Bellingham. Seventeen students participated, competing in both poomse (forms) and sparring. Han’s World Tae Kwon Do Academy dominated the sparring competition bringing home many gold medals.

December 21-23 Open Gym: Drop in to work out and practice. No formal classes December 24-January 3: Gym closed. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! January 4 School re-opens and returns to regular schedule

November 7 Governor’s Cup Tournament in Lacey, Washington November 20 Black belt test December 16 Color belt testing December 18 Christmas party and belt ceremony – Potluck dinner
