All events will follow a Round Robin format with playoffs to determine Gold, Silver, and Bronze medalists.

Brackets will be organized by skill level and age group.
We use PickleballBrackets.com with rating rules based on DUPR. If you are able to register for a division, your rating qualifies you for that level.
You cannot play down for any reason. Players registered in the wrong division will be moved to the correct division.

You may always play up, but only by 0.5 above your rating. Example: A 3.8 player may play in the 3.5 or 4.0 division, but cannot play in the 3.0 or 4.5 division.

Event Schedule
Friday, July 3rd: Singles Divisions – Any Age and 50+
4 guaranteed games

Saturday, July 4th: Gender Doubles – Any Age and 50+
5 guaranteed games

Sunday, July 5th: Mixed Doubles – Any Age and 50+
5 guaranteed games

Please note that divisions may be adjusted based on the number of player registrations.

A non-refundable PickleballBrackets.com software fee will apply to all registrations:

$5 for one event
$10 for two or more events

Refund Policy
From the first day of registration through June 15th, refunds will be issued minus 20% of the total payment.

No refunds will be given for withdrawals after June 15th — no exceptions.

All refunds will be processed the day after the tournament concludes.

Please Note
This is an indoor event. In the unlikely event of a cancellation due to a power outage or other circumstances beyond the control of the club or tournament director, 50% of the total payment will be refunded.
