Age is just a number, and Jay proves it every day. Here’s what he had to say about his journey with us at the age of 69:
“I have been a member of CWC for almost 9 years. I joined right after retiring to get back in shape and I can honestly say I am in the best shape since my 30’s.
What I really like about CrossFit is working out with other people. It motivates me to push myself harder.
In addition I have met a lot of interesting people.
I also enjoy being able to just show up and have a well thought out workout ready for me. I know that if I consistently go throughout the week I will get a wholebody work out.”
We love you Jay, thanks for showing us all that age is not excuse to take care of your body. You inspire us!

We challenged our participants to:
- Eat 3 clean, whole-food meals a day
- Drink 2 gallons of water daily
- Complete 6 workouts per week
- Take 10,000 steps every day
Our goal wasn’t just about body composition—it was about building sustainable, healthy habits that can last a lifetime. Body composition changes were just a by-product!
In Daniel’s words:

It taught me the true meaning of discipline and the incredible benefits of clean eating. I feel healthier, stronger, and more energized than ever—and I’m excited to keep this lifestyle going!”
